All Tooling Study

This phase involves studying and designing the tools and equipment that will be used in the manufacturing process. This includes molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures, as well as any specialized equipment that is required for the production of the product in the Engineering Manufacturing Industry. This study is essential for ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient and cost-effective, and that the final product meets the required quality standards.

Factory Network

This phase deals with identifying and selecting the factories that will be used for manufacturing the product. It evaluates the capabilities and capacity of the factories, as well as their location, to ensure that the manufacturing process is efficient and cost-effective. It also involves building relationships with the factories and coordinating the production schedule.

Final Assembly Study

This phase involves studying and designing the final assembly process for the product. This includes identifying and selecting the materials and components that will be used, as well as determining the assembly sequence and process flow. This study is essential for ensuring that the final product meets the required quality standards and that the assembly process is efficient and cost-effective.

Packaging + QC

This phase involves designing and testing the packaging for the product and performing quality control checks on the final product. This includes selecting the appropriate materials for the packaging, such as paper, plastic, metal, or glass, and determining the appropriate finish, such as gloss or matte, in the context of Industrial Plastic Manufacturing. It also includes testing the product to ensure that it meets the required quality standards and that it is packaged properly for shipping.

Full Schedule
Including Shipping

This phase, known as End to End Manufacturing involves creating a comprehensive schedule that encompasses all the necessary steps for the manufacturing and shipping of the product. This schedule includes determining the production schedule, coordinating the transportation of materials and components, and arranging for the final product to be shipped to the customer. It is crucial for ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
